Guidelines for Abstract Submission
- Deadline for the on-line only submission of Abstracts is strictly by 15th October 2024
- Abstracts are to be submitted through the internet website (www.trauma2024.com), following strictly the specific guidelines. Submissions by FAX, regular mail or regular e-mail will not be accepted.
- Confirmation of acceptance by the Program Committee will be informed to the Presenting Author by the end of 15th October 2024.
- In order to avoid disruption of Session by "no-shows", accepted Abstracts will only be integrated in the Final Program if the conference registration and payment of the Presenting Author have been received by 15th October 2024
- Abstracts must be written in English language and length of the abstract text is limited to 300 words. Text shall be structured: Introduction – Materials & Methods – Results – Conclusion. Inclusion of tables or pictures is not supported (text only!).
- Abstracts must include at least 50% new data if previously published or presented at a meeting.
- After acceptance, exchange of the Presenting Author will only be possible in case of approval of the written request by the Program Committee Trauma 2024.
- The exact day and time of presentation will be communicated to the Submitting Author at the given e-mail address by the end of October 2024 and published at www.trauma2024.com
- The Presenting Author’s Name must be identical to what will be written in the Conference Registration Form.
- Mailing Address - Any communication regarding the acceptance will only be given to the Submitting Author at the address respectively at the e-mail address as registered.
- Presentation - Mark clearly which kind of presentation you prefer (Oral only - Oral or Poster - Poster with Discussion). Each Abstract can be used for one presentation only.
- Each Presenting Author of an accepted abstract must disclose any commercial, financial or research relationships or interests.

Guidelines for e-poster/paper presentation
An e poster/paper is an electronic version of traditional boards and is displayed on monitor screens using PowerPoint slides.
- An e-poster should consist of maximum of 5 PowerPoint slides. There is no specific restriction on number of slides in case of award/free paper but should be within time limit as mentioned below.
- The total duration for presentation will be 03+01 minutes for e-poster and 06+02 minutes for award/free paper and discussion respectively.
- The slides should include title, methodology, results and conclusion.
- Please do not include any videos or animations.
- You may include text/figures/tables or images.
- Use Times New Roman or Calibri fonts.
- Font should not be smaller than 24 size.
- Use the template attached herewith for making the presentation.
- Use clear headings and spaces between sections.
- Pictures and graphics should be of good resolution and clearly labelled.
- Text should not be obscured by images
- You will not be permitted to use your laptops for presentations
- You will have to submit your presentations in the preview desk preferably one week before on our mail id: traumalucknow2024@gmail.com.
- Kindly stick to the time allotted to you. Extra time taken will result in negative marking.
- Mac users please convert keynote to MS PowerPoint and bring the same.
